First Words

i have to post this right now because I don't want to forget it!  Tonight Johnson said his first word. I set him on the floor to make a bottle and he was crying. I walked into the kitchen for a second and john said "uhhhh he is saying mama". When I went in he reached for me and said "mama mama mama!"  I thought I would melt!  Best mommy moment so far!!

This weekend John and I came down to Highland to get some pictures taken of Johnson.  I have been feeling so sad that I never got any professional pictures done of him as a baby so I just decided to do it now.  It did not go as planned.  He is usually the smiliest kid in the world!  Seriously, almost every picture I have taken of him since he was born he is smiling.  Not the case yesterday.  He was SO grumpy!  We were there 45 minutes and I was just praying we got a couple of good ones!  Overall they turned out pretty cute, though I wish he had smiled more!  :) I am glad we got them done though, so I can have these memories.  Especially of him sticking out his tongue (he has been doing that constantly all week)  Love my little stink!
